Online Returns
Sometimes there are possibilities of the products being damaged during transit. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. The amount will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the package.
1. Start a return.
Connect with us on our mail address.
Send us the photographs of the damaged goods.
2. Package your item(s).
Help us lower our impact and cut down on waste by reusing the box or bag your purchase was received in.
Print your return label and secure it to your package. No printer? Write our address on a sheet of paper and tape it to the package.​
4. Ship your package.
​Drop your package off at your selected return location.
At any courier location, submit the package and share the tracking details with us.
​5. Receive your refund and confirmation.
​Once the Distribution Center receives and reviews your package, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
